COE (Certificate of Entitlement) renewal allows you to keep your vehicle on the road by paying the Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP) instead of bidding for a new COE.
You may renew anytime before your COE expires—or within 1 month after the expiry if you’re willing to pay a late renewal fee.
If you don’t renew within the grace period, your vehicle will be deregistered and must be scrapped or disposed of.
Fees range from S$50 to S$250, depending on your vehicle’s engine capacity or category.
Yes, but do note that you’ll forfeit any remaining days of your current COE.
You can renew for 5 years (half the PQP) or 10 years (full PQP).
